Stuard Company Places people over profits. We go to any length possible to satisfy our customers and hence kept a generous cancellation policy.
How can I cancel an order prior to delivery?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it.
We will refund your entire order if you cancel before the product ships.
If you cancel after your product has been shipped, we may have to charge you a nominal courier fee.
You can return the product if it is damaged or defective after you have received it.
If the product is damaged or we are unable to replace it, refunds will be made to the customer once the product has been delivered.
The refund will be processed in the same payment method as the payment was received within five working days. Pay U Money payments are exempted from this time frame.
Every product comes with a default 1 Months Warranty. Some products may have 3-6 month warranty. These details are included on the product page.
Please send a Return/Replacement Request if the product is defective My Account Page -> Recent Order -> Return/Replace Product (as shown in the example image below).

If the defect is reported within three days of receipt of your order, we will arrange for free reverse pickup. If the defect is not reported within three days, please send it to our office via courier or speedpost. We will ship the new product within three working days of receiving the product. In such cases, the customer will pay for one courier and we will pay the other.
We will personally make sure that you receive a new replacement at no extra cost. When you return the product, please ensure that the original packaging and product tag are intact.
Please notify us within one day of receiving your product if you find that the product has been physically damaged. After receiving the product, we will replace it with a new product. After 1 day, any physical damage is not eligible for repair or replacement. Examples of physical damage include a broken button on damaged screen etc
Except for the conditions stated above, these products are not eligible for return or replacement.
Returns of any product without original packaging and accessories are not accepted. This includes manuals and cables.
Any product that does not have a valid, readable and untampered serial number. This includes products that are missing, damaged or altered.
Any product whose IMEI code has been removed from its original packaging.
